Event Policies:

This is an indoor event. There are steps but also ramps. 

*Vendors may start setting up  9:00 AM NO EARLIER! All vendors need to be checked into the event no later than 9:30 AM. Venue doors will be locked until 9am, per venue.

*Table will be provided with 2 chairs

*Only one company per space.

*Vendors must stay for the duration of the event. Early break downs are not permitted.

*Vendors should only sell what you are approved to set up with. This avoids any duplications of products or companies.

*Please keep your areas neat and attractive.

*Vendors are asked to please clean up their trash prior to leaving. You can leave the trash in the cans that are provided throughout the event. Please do not leave any boxes or large items behind.

*Vendors/businesses  will also be expected to promote the event. We do advertise the event in many places, but it does help when vendors help advertise the event as well.

*If the event is canceled for any reason due to a government shutdown, pandemic, natural disaster, bad weather or any other reasons that are out of our control the vendor would receive a credit that can be used at a future event that has open tables in the amount they paid for the event. After payment is completed there are NO REFUNDS for any reason!

*All vendors are required to bring a Raffle Item with a value of $25 or more.

*Rain or shine event.

*We Ask That ALL Vendors to join our Facebook Page, Instagram Page, & Our TikTok.  We also ask that you invite 25 potential shoppers to the Facebook event page. With this and any promotional post you have made and show me on Saturday will enter you into a raffle for a free spot at an event of your choice. Sunflower Events and More LLC is committed to promoting each event through multiple channels, which may include community bulletin boards, social media platforms, printed flyers, the Nextdoor app, Eventbrite, Google listings, and yard signage. Notwithstanding these efforts, vendors acknowledge and agree that active participation in promoting the event is essential. Vendors are strongly encouraged to share event details on their own social media platforms, including Facebook, and within their personal and professional networks to help maximize exposure.

While Sunflower Events and More LLC makes every reasonable effort to ensure that events are well-organized, enjoyable, and beneficial for both vendors and guests, no guarantees of sales, attendance, or vendor satisfaction are expressed or implied.

Sunflower Events and More LLC, its owner, and any affiliated representatives shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by weather, unforeseen circumstances, or any factors beyond its reasonable control. By participating in the event, vendors agree to release and hold harmless Sunflower Events and More LLC and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation.
