Sunflower Surprise Bag Participation

Sunflower Surprise bags will be distributed at every event starting in October. Vendors who are attending the event in person are eligible for a discounted participation rate of $15 for 100 bags. If you would like to participate, please let me know. Below are some examples.

Magnets or keychains

Calendars or mini planners

Hand sanitizer or wipes

📢 Promotional Materials (from Vendors)

Business cards

Postcards with discounts or coupons

“Bring this flyer for 10% off” offers

Loyalty punch cards

QR codes linking to vendor websites or online shops

🗓️ Deadline: All swag bag items must be received no later than Thursday before the event for them to be included.
🕰️Future Use: Any leftover swag bag items or advertisements may be included in swag bags for future events.
